Lake Lubāns

Lubāns, the largest lake in Latvia (82.1 km²), is about 40 minutes (47 km) from Odumiņi. It lies on the Lubāns plain on the border of the Rēzekne and Madona districts, in the Daugava basin, and is one of the most important birdwatching areas in Latvia as well as a favourite with anglers. After a long day at the lake, the warm orangery hot tub is waiting back at the house.
