Frequently asked questions about booking

How large is the deposit and when is it due?

The deposit is 50 € per night. We send the invoice once your request reaches us, and it is payable within 24 hours. The booking takes effect as soon as the deposit arrives.

Is the deposit refunded if I cancel?

If you cancel no later than 14 days before arrival, we retain a 30 € administration fee and refund the rest of the deposit. For later cancellations the payment is not refunded.

Can I book a single night?

Yes. We welcome guests for one night too — just pick your arrival and departure dates in the calendar.

Do prices differ on public holidays?

The nightly rate may differ on holidays. The calendar always shows the current rate for the dates you select, and the total is visible before you send the request.
