House rules
So that a stay at «Odumiņi» is pleasant for everyone, please take a moment to read the house rules. By making a booking, guests confirm that they agree to them.
Check-in and check-out
- Check-in — from 16:00.
- Check-out — by 11:00.
Booking and cancellation
- A booking takes effect once the deposit is paid — 50 € per night. The invoice must be paid within 24 hours of it being sent.
- If a booking is cancelled no later than 14 days before arrival, a 30 € administration fee is retained; the remaining part of the deposit is refunded.
- If a booking is cancelled later than 14 days before arrival, the payment made is not refunded.
Stay
- Only as many people as stated in the booking may stay in the house and on the grounds. Visitors of guests are not permitted on the grounds.
- Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 8:00 — loud behaviour and music are not allowed. In the event of a breach of the rules, we have the right to end the guests' stay without refunding the payment.
- Guests are financially liable for any damage caused to the house or its contents — the damage estimate and invoice are payable within 7 days.
Smoking and fire safety
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house or on the terrace. Smoking is only permitted outdoors, using ashtrays.
- Grilling is only allowed in the dedicated gazebo — not on the terrace.
- Candles may only be used in candleholders; an open flame must not be left unattended. In an emergency, call 112.
Pets
- Bringing pets must be arranged with us in advance.
- Adult dogs weighing no more than 6 kg are allowed. The fee is 20 € for the whole stay.
Hot tub and sauna
- Before using the hot tub, please rinse thoroughly in the shower.
- Food, drinks, oils or other additives must not be used in the hot tub.
